Hirakoo was also built with a meaningful purpose: a portion of the profits is donated to fundraising initiatives that help people and communities in need. By supporting our shop, you are also contributing to charitable causes around the world.

We always try to keep our prices as low as possible while considering the time, materials, and work behind each handmade item.

 

Shipping Information

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items and the destination. We do not set fixed shipping prices, as they are determined by postal carriers.

France:

  • Tracked from €4

International:

  • Untracked from €7

  • Tracked from €8

Customs fees do not apply for customers within the European Union. For international orders outside the EU, customs fees may apply depending on the country, and we are not able to provide this information in advance.

United States Shipping

Due to current international shipping regulations between France and the United States, shipping to the US is more limited for certain orders.

This mainly affects larger parcels that cannot be sent as letter mail, such as clothing, custom photocard packs, and larger merchandise bundles. These orders are now shipped via UPS only, ensuring secure and trackable delivery.

We apologize for the inconvenience and understand that shipping costs may be higher. Unfortunately, this is currently the only reliable option for sending larger orders to the United States.

We are actively looking for alternative solutions to reduce shipping costs in the future.
